At 20 years old, I co-founded Tendermore, the AI workspace automating construction project tasks, bringing the total time spent on a tender from 3 weeks to 2 days.

Tendermore aggregates every international tender and streamlines the entire project lifecycle, including real-time collaboration, pricing, calculation, execution planning, and more.

With native Office integration, BIM-model file support and generation, our AI changes how the entire construction industry operates.

• Grew to $400,000 in annual revenue.
• Raised over $300,000 from investors.
• The team grew to 6 FTE employees.
• Valued at $3,500,000 (as of July 5th, 2026).
